All our gîtes feature large comfortable beds (1.80m x 2m), bedside tables & wardrobes; the kitchens are fully equiped with fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, ample cooking equipment and a hoover.
The Grange
For 2 - 4 people, 70m², from 450€ to 900€ per week
A former farm out-building, the Grange is the closest to the pool. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a shower room, all with underfloor heating. The open plan lounge and kitchen with electric heating are on the first floor with patio doors leading to the private terrace.
The shower room contains his and her washbasins, a large walk-in shower with pebble stone floor, toilet and washing machine.
The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas, a coffee table as well as TV and DVD/CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with table and chairs, electric hob/oven and a dishwasher.
The walled terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a gas barbeque.
The Bergerie
For 2 - 3 people, 50m², from 350€ to 650€ per week
The Bergerie was built of local stone over 200 years ago and has been lovingly transformed into a welcoming holiday home. From the main house, the Bergerie is situated about 30m further up the hill, separated by some trees.
The house comprises of one bedroom and an open-plan, split-level lounge and kitchen, shower room and private terrace.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, two chairs, a coffee table and reading lamps as well as TV and CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with table and chairs, gas hob/oven and dishwasher.
The shower room contains two basins, a toilet and a good size shower.
The kitchen patio door opens onto the private terrace which enjoys stunning views of our valley and overlooks the pool. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a gas barbeque for enhanced outdoor living "mediterranean style".
Please note: Due to its position on a slope the Bergerie is not suitable for people with severe walking difficulties!
The Studio
For 2 people, 25m², from 250€ to 440€ per week
The Studio is a self-contained part of the main house (separated by a 1 meter thick wall) with its own entrance. It is a two-level apartment with a large double bed and shower room downstairs, and living area and kitchenette on the gallery.
The shower room contains a basin, shower and toilet.
The living area comprises of a comfortable sofa, table, two chairs and reading lamp.
Outside there is a secluded wooden deck with garden furniture, a gas barbeque, and splendid views towards Roquetaillade.
